Create your account through the EmbryoInsights portal in minutes. Simply tell us which reference laboratory performed your PGT testing. That is the only step you need to take. Everything else is on us.

We Handle Everything
We contact your reference laboratory directly, obtain their specific medical release form on your behalf, and coordinate the full data transfer. You will not have to make a single phone call. Our team holds your hand through every step of the process, and we are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone or text.

Whole Genome Sequencing (Optional but Recommended)
Adding whole genome sequencing for both you and your partner meaningfully improves the accuracy of your Embryo Disease Risk Summary. If you choose the WGS option, we handle all paperwork and coordination with our partner laboratory, cover the cost as part of your fee, and ship a saliva collection kit directly to your door. You swab and mail it back. That is the only step you take.
